Although it’s a good idea, I’m not talking about a retirement plan here. I’m referring to good old-fashioned digestion.
Do you have a plan to get yours on track when it stalls?
For the sake of keeping what’s private private, let’s just say that my digestive system can be...ummm...sensitive. One extra gummy bear or an overnight trip and it’s like somebody hit the emergency off switch.
That leads to bloating, irritability and me using my sweet smile just to get you close enough to rip your head off.
And yes, it’s true, I have abs. Sometimes. When the digestive gods shine down upon me and my body is working like a well-oiled machine.
So ask yourself...do you want to feel your best? Of course you do. Well then, it's all about digestion!

Here’s what works for me...
* I drink my smoothie every morning (get the recipe here)
*I stretch my spine almost every day
* I drink green tea (I throw a green tea bag in my water thermos)
* I invert during yoga (headstands, handstands)
* I drink Kombucha
* I take a probiotic regularly
Even after all of that, I still have issues from time to time due to stress, traveling and hormones.
You'll know you're on the right track because you'll feel great. Your skin will be clearer, you'll have more energy and you'll have a sense of clarity that's not always there when things get sluggish.
Good digestion will help you stay healthy and alert for you bookings. It will help you look great on camera and it will definitely add to your list of positive, healthy habits that you've started when you embarked on your career as a model.
